Yes I will ship anywhere as long as we negotiate shipping (if its like australia or india).

Also, as far as rims. I have a couple guys interested. I'd prefer to sell them outright first as opposed to the swap. Shipping in the US for just rims is about 50. For rims and tires together is about 140. So tires probably not the best idea, I'll sell those locally.
