Default Removing ABS

It's pretty useless at the track, who has removed the system? Any major codes thrown when I do this?

because you could lose 5 lbs and another 5 on top of that by getting rid of ABS if you dont need it?

It's funny isn't it? Why can't people just answer the ******* question? Squids need not worry about what I am doing.

The ABS is conjunction with the traction control and you can't just get rid of it.
You would have to do alot of parts exchanging if you where to remove this unit from your bike.
The ABS also keeps your bike in line if you are backing it in ( some like this, some don't. Rider preference )
As for the traction control. It works best with fast corners but with slower corners is a little to abrupt and causes a lack of forward drive.

Don't know if this answer your question but I tried.

Thanks for the input. I saw that rider's discount removed theirs, not sure how it affected the bike since they havent been doing anything with it. I'm much more comfortable without ABS - I just want to remove the pump, and run lines straight from the m/c to the calipers.

I noticed the same thing about the traction control, but overall I am very impressed with it. It's not super intrusive, and let's you concentrate on other aspects to make the lap time.
