FWIW, I made aluminum spacers to replace the banjo fittings on the ABS pump, sandwiched them between two copper crush washers and installed the stock banjo bolts. Next, I made new -3 brake lines and installed the 19RCS master cylinder. No more ABS, TC still intact, Woodcraft front stand now usable.
I tried to build a set of lines that used a single line to the master that tee'd into two lines for the front calipers, but I just couldn't get them to work. This bike is packaged very tightly indeed, especially when the forks are compressed. I ended up using a dual line setup with a double-length banjo in the master cylinder, with the lines routed inside the fork legs. Nothing else provided sufficient clearance or allowed the lines to move freely when the forks compress.
