OGK <---- fixed...

That said, I had never heard of them, had to Google them. Have you used them before?

I have a similar shaped head and find the shoei to fit. I had an x-11, super helmet. Then replaced with an x-12. Again great helmet but heavier and less ventilation compared to the 11. More safety though.

Using the Shark S900 iluminate fost, love the fitting for me. Ive tried some arai's and schoei's but I didn't like them. But then again, I tried another shark a while ago and didn't like that one either.

Not to be a helmet snob but these are top notch helmets and there is a big difference with the cheaper lids. You get what you pay for.

When I first started riding I remember saying I would never buy a $700 helmet. At one point I managed to get an X11 at cost and I have been ruined ever since.
Can u be more specific? So far my only complaint is that the venting holes on my S900 are rather useless, but the fitting makes that all up for me. Was thinking about getting another top of the line shark this summer. Mine feels like a pillow around my cheeks, fitting is just notch perfect.

I have always worn Shoei and I'm on my second X11. I've been looking to replace it but the X12 is very disappointing. Not to mention I've bought my helmets from the same guy for years. He said the X12 doesn't compare to X11. I've been looking at Shark's but haven't been able to locate a dealer to try one on. Agreed on you get what you pay for and trying to find a previous years graphics. Considering what a helmet protects its not an area I'm willing tot compromise on.

I love the Bell Star Matte Carbon I've picked up. I've also got a transition shield coming for this. These helmets are a steal for the features.
