Hello,

I was wondering if some forum members with experience importing could chime in. I live on the east coast of the US and want to import my bike to Germany and back, so I can do the nurburgring, and tour stuttgart and munich.
Are there any reasonable companies out there that can provide a decent quote for shipping roundtrip? I was quoted for one company an insane amount....
If this option is not feasible, are there any good companies in Germany where you can rent a sportbike for a week or so (R6, zx6r)?

Any feedback/advice would be greatly appreciated.

I just moved back to the states from Germany this past summer and you would probably be better off renting a motorcycle. Unless you register yours in Germany you won't be able to ride it on public roads.

I'm not sure how you're going to get it registered in Germany but shipmybike.com is really good for shipping bikes overseas or in the us.
