For the most part's it's feel, then they look better, you can adjust them to a length that you like, you can ad some color.

I think all that has been said.

Brembo RCS master cylinder if your goIng to spend the money.
Aftermarket levers are great bling and adjustable.
Not worth it in my opinion.

You don't have to be snarky. It's a legit question. Also, everything you mentioned can be had with cheaper levers. I'm in no way championing them, I'm just sayin.

I never like the finish of the cheap stock levers. Did change for pazzo levers but now running 19rcs with matching clutch lever.

Just bling and attention to detail for me

stock levers are nasty lookin imo... that's one of the first places in on the bike my eyes are naturally drawn to and on a darker colored bike they really stand out in a bad way. So the bling factor for one and secondly yea they're a lot more comfortable for my hands with the adjustability and having the two finger style vs four is far preferable for me. What do you interact with more on the bike than brakes throttle and shifter? It's like upgrading your keyboard and mouse, can you get by without it sure but when you use something that much it makes a big difference.
