I've found that a lot of the CF I've bought tends to warp a bit, but will go back into shape when taped securely. I taped mine and in some places had to hold them in place for 10-15 seconds to make sure they stuck, but they've stayed secure.

Capitan---trying to order some CF frame covers from SSR but they only show 2009-2011. I have an email into them but wondering if you could confirm a difference in fitment for 2012's?

I'm 90% sure there's a difference. I couldn't put my finger on it, since it's been 2 1/2 years since I put on the covers for my '10 bike, but it felt like the holes were in slightly different locations?
no difference in the tank covers, but the fairing carbon is definitely different.

Doesn't appear SSR has specific 2012 CF covers. The only one I see that specifically states there is a difference is Ilmberger so I'll probably just order them for 12 from Hard Racing.
