Which spools do you guys like with Pit Bull stand?

Just curious what kind of spools, if any work the best with Pit Bull rear stands? Seems to me that spools are spools?

Nope! I thought the same thing and went with a set of woodcrafts because I have personally crash tested them at the track and they saved my r6 swingarm. I put the woodcrafts on my s1k and proceeded to try to put it on my pitbull stand... not happening. There is no way to adjust the stand to accomodate the spools as the neck of the spools sits right on top of the posts of the rear stand, therefore out of the stands adjustment range!

I contacted woodcraft about the issue and they requested pics which I have been to busy to take. I guess this post is my reminder lol

I ordered mine from Ridersdiscount, through TJ on the forum (ridersdiscount), or you can call him at 866.931.6644 ext 817. They were not generic like most, and were built specifically for our swingarm. The spools had a raised edge to fit the recessed area of the S1000RR swing arm. I've had no issues using multiple wheel stands, including pitbull.

Bingo. And these don't scar up like a lot of others can. They aren't hourglass shaped either, so some leeway in stand width is accomodated.

If you want to see pictures, go to Rider's Discount forum, then look for spools post way back in 2010.
