GS911 hookup help

I can't seem to hook up to a windows 7 laptop. Hooked up to a old desktop xp in a flash. On windows 7 I download the gs911, it says plug in the gs911. Then it says can't communicate. Propably a windows 7 thing? Any ideas?

Did you already contact the hotline of hexcode? That's what I would do first.

Don't use the beta software on win 7. Use the real stuff. It should work.

e-mailed manufacture (out of country no responce),,,,,,,,,,,,,, no usa support that I know about. WHEN YOU GO YO BUY IT THEY ALL SAY THEY DO SUPPORT IT UNTIL YOU CALL BACK WITHA PROBLEM. Basicaly it won't find the driver from the download. Works fine on xp, I think its a windows 7 issue vs their download. You stop windows 7 from auto driver download (which works fine but not the right driver) for some reason they won't share their driver so I can install it seperate. Maybe someone can e-mail it to me? ANYONEhave this on windows 7?

I haven't had any problems with mine on windows seven. Bought it from Ted Porters Beemer shop, I'd contact them. They know the gs911 better than anyone I've talked to, in the states.

Procrast are you able to remove the service warning with the GS911? Mayb the beta I use is whats stopping me.
