R&G Racing Products frame protectors, case covers?
When I asked about frame protectors and engine case protectors for my 2012, the dealer (my salesman) suggested R&G Racing Products...I agreed, so am getting the full set; frame, fork, swingarm and case covers. Hoping you guys may also agree that they are a quality company?

i dont agree with their quality. once i had a set of fork protectors and they broke, the plastic seemed very poor quality. i would not recommend their products for that reason.
instead, since your got yourself the very best bike, you should put the very best protection equipment on it. i personally use woodcraft case covers on both sides, yoshimura frame slides, and a very unique set of mid-frame, fork, and swingarm protection by GSG Mototecnik that you can find at pureperformancecycle.com Mike will take care of you, he has great customer service. i lowsided january 22 on my right side, thanks to all those products my bike is undamaged. i'll post up some pics for you tomorrow. hope the info is helpful. ride safe

I have frame sliders, frame inserts, fork sliders, spools, case savers, fender eliminator and maybe something else just don't remmember everything. Personally I like their products, however I've sent them an email with question about one of their products a few months back, still didn't get an answer. Thankfully didn't have an opportunity to test their protective products yet...
here is ehrn I was installing all that: Started modifying...

R&G products are top notch. Great choice. But like always everyone will have their own preference. Me I would never run Yosimura. I'm running R&G frame sliders and getting some woodcraft cases for the sides. Can't go wrong with R&G case covers but I prefer the look if the woodcraft. You could also take a look at GB Racing they make great products as well

I have them on my case covers
I don't run frame sliders, seen them wreak too many motors and bust too many frames

Like others i have most protectors (gb racing), i think frame sliders which i have (and have paid for themselves ) are for low speed/car park drops. Unlike Amrra i wouldnt be at the speeds he does with more possibilities of a big one

here are the pics of the R&G defectous product. In fact i still have not got an answer from them. Also you can see the yoshi frame slider that saver me a lot of money and the GSG mototecnik products i mentioned earlier. hope it helps your decision making.

I'd order them through twisted throttle, that way you can deal w them on any issues. I believe they are the official US importer
I love mine and run everything they make although the case cover def aren't as strong or durable as woodcraft and I'm not sure they'd be race legal
