Default finally got her out

The weather has been been too cold, too wet or (this weekend) too white (snow) to do more than ride around the block. Today was 50s, the rain yesterday got rid of the snow and Yolie was begging. So I took her to work, 30 miles away.

O M G! My F4i never felt weak or anything. But even in Rain mode, the BMW made my 600 feel like a kitten with an attitude. I KNOW my F4i's brakes are in good condition (deglazed the pads, flushed and bled the lines myself). But they couldn't compare. Seemed like the slightest touch on the brakes had me stopping almost immediately. Right now, Rain mode is gonna stay while I adjust to the throttle and gears. I felt like a complete n00b with the throttle. And missed some shifts.

One thing I noticed: I am in dire need of having the suspension setup. Definitely didn't feel right while riding. Anyone know of a good place near Philly? Can't do it myself (no helper)

It's 82 here in Orlando...unfortunately I am still waiting for my 2012 Red beast to arrive...having grown up here I can't fathom riding on cold damp/wet streets...all I remember is what Kenny Roberts said about racing in the rain..."It's still a race, the ground is just wet"...well said King Kenny...assuming you have super human skills...

A 1000cc bike makes a 600cc bike feel likes its broke. Honestly unless you take the F4i to the track, you will never want to ride it. The BMW handles so good. Wait til you really get ot open it up and the wheel is coming off the ground passing cars at 140mph. Lol a 600 wont do that at 60 mph.

I envy the weathe temps in florida but i dont envy the roads. It is hard to find a curvey road in florida outside of highway ramps.
