Right I'm lucky enuff to have two sets of tyres in the wardrobe ready to compliment the s1000rr.....sport smarts and perelli Diablo Rossi 2,s

Dunlops ? Or Perelli

I'm stuck in my choice to use first.....the spare set may be fitted on my original 98 4xv r1

I've had some hairy moments trying to.scrub in sportsmarts. Slippery when new , I was still loosing the rear during my fourth session.
They wear beautifully with only the thinnest layer of rubber peeling away no matter how hard I rode.
I had no trouble melting power pures and Q2's but the sportsmarts didn't even look like they had been on the track.
Finally put it down with them on but can't blame the rubber. Don't really know what happened which is a worry although I had just knocked 2 seconds off my times during the coarse of the day.
Awesome tyre for hard road use. Amazing mileage for a sport tyre. I'm gonna fit something more race orientated though when I get back on the track.Good luck whatever you decide
