Yes. Thats why the throttle responds differently in the different modes. The ECU controls the throttle.

Been there and done that... made the mistake of trying to calibrate that thing w/out a Dyno. Can't do it since it is a Fly-by-wire. You'll never get the 100% mark without a dyno.
