Default Schuberth SR1 Helmet

Hi guys..I'm looking at getting a new helmet along with my '12 S1000RR. Fishing for some feedback on this puppy..if anyone has had any experience with it, I would love to hear your thoughts. It looks like an AMAZING lid! Thanks!

Look wise: beautiful helmet. Functionality: I've never heard of them until this post.

This is the next helmet I want to buy! I wanted to see one at the Motorcycle show a few weeks back, but they didn't have one. Apparently not yet available in the US, but they are avail in Germany. Everything I have heard about it is awesome...and Schuberth's first entry into the sport/racing helmet category - a fitting companion to the S1K!

Ya man! I couldn't wait...Just ordered one in gloss black. I am in California & ordered mine from FC MOTO online ...$647.00 shipped!! Incredible price man..seriously low. It will be at my door within 3-8 days! STOKED!

Anyone else notice the S1K in the wind tunnel?!

They do build a good helmet. Haven't seen that one yet.

dude: you got the 2012 Motorsport and the SR1 both on order, you da man!

I want to physically put one on and ensure I like how it fits my particular head before I actually purchase...good to know you can get them here in California though. But if it fits and feels good, I'm there!

Haha! I donno bout that, but I'll sure FEEL like the man when I'm cruising down the road on my new bike with my new helmet..haha

I'm with ya on being able to try one on...but the sad reality is, I can't. The SR1 won't be at the Schuberth booth for bike shows here cuz they don't sell them in the US yet... FC MOTO has a 14 day FULL refund...that was my justification haha...I measured my head, I'm a 56 so I grabbed a Medium (56-57) SR1. We shall see in a few days! ...I'll be sure & post my thoughts here.

my wife and I wear C3's on the K12GT and they are very nice helmets, build quality seems even nicer than the Arais I have worn (and still wear on the S1RR). when it comes time to replace my Arai the SR1 will be a helmet I will def consider

I've got one, very top quality made, quiet and light. I personally like it very much.

Next will like to try the Shark Race R-Pro, its also very light.
