Where can I find wire connectors/crimps that fit the oem ones on the bike?

Are you talking about the end connectors that plug into sensors or lights and such things?
There are only a few repair connectors available.
Check the online fische at Sierra BMW online. Look under the electrical diagram. Should be one of the first boxes will have an assortment of connectors to choose from. If none are there for the S1000RR then check under the R1200GS model bike.
If that isn't what you are looking for give us more info so we can more clearly understand what it is you are doing.

Both of these outfits are Japanese-oriented, but might have something....
Motorcycle Relay Kits, Parts, Powerlet, Centech, Posi-Lock, and More!
OEM-Type Bullet & Spade Electrical Connectors for 1960's through 1970's Japanese Vehicles... Bridgestone, Datsun, Hodaka, Honda, Kawasaki, Landcruiser, Suzuki, Tohatsu, VW, & Yamaha
As stated previously, given the hundreds of connectors on a S1000RR it would help to be more specific on what you want to connect.

what about the OEM connectors used by the front blinkers? I hate to have to cut the original turn signals wiring just for the connectors when i go ahead and install the flush mount turn signals.

My bad. It is MaxBMW.
Here's the link. It is for an F800S but the signal connector ends are the same.

You might try to find some take-offs on ebay. You might get them cheaper. I put rear LED signals on mine and just cut my original signal ends off.

OEM connectors are great and all... but sometimes I think we get too hung up on the OEM stuff. I'm with Viperclaw... just cut em and ensure they work. It's not taking away from the value of the bike and once you go w/aftermarket signals, you'll likely never go back anyway, nor will the next person that buys your bike.
