Pricing blocked on 12'?

Stoped in at my local dealer today and they told me that the pricing on the 12' was blocked out on the computer and could be subject to change. I already have a deposit down and a deal worked out so I'm not to worried. Just curious why BMW would block that info out.

Maybe the packages and prices are being readjusted.

Dealership thought maybe it had something to due with the exchange rates between the euro and the dollar. He also said they were told the the prices they had been shown earlier were only tenative and could be subject to change. He didn't expect the price to change very much if anything though

I am very interested to see what they tell you. I'm in the market for either a leftover 2011 or a new 2012. I know the 2011's in my area are priced to get them moved out but I want to wait to see what I can actually by a 2012 for.

Well I would be more than happy to pm you and tell you what kinda deal I'm getting on my 12', but I know when I stopped at the dealership today the salesperson working didn't know me and he saw me drooling over the 11' they had on the floor. He started to tell me about how he could give me a great deal on it plus there was some sort of rebate or incentive on it that BMW was offering to help push them out the door. I didn't pay much attention since I'm getting the 12' though

Same thing happened to me today as well. I wonder what the incentive is like out of curiosity. Like u Nitro, I got my eyes (and deposit) set on the '12 regardless

I posted the dealer PDF on all the pricing yesterday...although It wasn't well received..haha..It's somewhere down the list of topics (2012 Dealer Info!!)

Please send me a pm - would be interested in your deal. Sure may help me decide between the two. I was told yesterday that an 11 was $13,900. with the incentives. ABS/DTC and gear shift.

I suppose there is no real reason to pm you that info. I'm getting the red and white 12' with all options minus the alarm for 16,100. Based on the pricing info that the dealers originally recieved it put my deal just below msrp, but more importantly they knocked off the destination charge and other bs they like to add to it.

I thought that was pretty cool that you got your hands on that info. Did the dealer give all that to you?

Does that include taxes? My '12 is going to run $18,845 all included. That's for the motorad colors and all options except for the alarm.
