Face it some people just like Japanese bikes over anything else. Just like some people love Harley Davidson over anything else and there is nothing you can do to change their opinion.

Indeed, my last seven bikes were all DUCATI spread across 30 years. I really dont know why I even went into a BMW dealership, but I did, I saw the S1000RR and just bought it and I have no regrets.

This is a evolutionary thing that is going to evolve until we are riding bikes that can jump between star systems - maybe even time. I want one of those!!!!

Its great to hear the comments people come out with. As someone who has never owned a rideable sport bike, the S is - no word I know adequately describes it. Awesome, unreal, sphincter constricting, ...

Keep riding people no matter the color, manufacturer. We, the motorcycling community, are privileged people who get to enjoy a side of life some people can not even imagine.

As my sig says;

"Keep your right hand cranked and your feet on the pegs!"

I see for the S I might have to add "… and try to keep the wheels on the ground!" 8-))

But what I do like more on the ZX10R is:
1) More relaxed handle bar grip position(for using as a street bike)
2) Integrated turn signals in the mirrors
3) Better mirrors.
But that's it! Those pointers still wouldnt make me change to Kawa now, now would it!?

The looks, well obviously not every one thinks you're beautiful do they!

Anyway, well done Kawa, the 10R seems to be a great bike at last
honestly, i was a big fan for the signal mirror since GSXR kinda launch the idea back in 2005, or just me noticing the cosmetic appearance.

till i do track days, I'm glad, the signal mirror was not on it, it was easier for me to take them off and put them back on.

just sayin...

well i dissagree if it performs better on track than the street then its set up on the shocks not the frame and if these guys only side on the beemer then they would be out of a job other manufactures would stop sending in their bikes to test so i say ride them your self and see
