Jedi could you post pics of this link pipe installed on the HP4 to confirm this pipe
mounts up without any problems?
I am getting a price quote on these link pipes from Akropovic.
It may take 4-6 weeks to get them. It would be better to order 10 or more for the best pricing.

What linkpipe did you use. Airbag says the L-B10E1 does not fit. These are the things that make you go hmmmmm.

I have the race kit on mine and was thinking did anyone think to check the part numbers on the headers from the race kit to the stock exhaust. Because if the diameter of the race kit headers is different then the link from the race kit most likely wont work. I have the stock headers off my bike but I never asked the dealer to mic the race kit headers. I did ask him to cross reference part numbers. I mean honestly It would suck for me if i bought a race kit and its the same exact exhaust minus the cat. For all that I will order a mid pipe and sell my stock exhaust I took off as a race kit. They only reason I kept it was for future resale to have the stock exhaust but I can just offer the cat and it is back to stock if its the same part numbers.
