BADGE Confusion

So my comp came in and the badge says 0330. I was under the impression they were only making 150 or so of the comps. Did they start from a certain number and go up for the comps worldwide? I'm kinda confused... Any help?

There are 600 comps worldwide. 2500 hp4s in total. The badge numbers has nothing to do with what "options" you added.

My STD is 0162

There are a bunch of 03xx number std versions at my dealership. See my picture thread.

I assume it might just be some production sequential number.

Sorry to say, but the only thing special about the Comps is that you bought all the bling bits in a bundle price.

An HP4 is an HP4.

Keep telling yourself the comps are not special, it will make you feel better about not buying one

About $8-9k of bling for $4-5k more, the comps a deal dude!

Oh yea, it's not all bling, levers and bad ass rear sets to.

Will come back to resell when they start to sell them and see the money they pull more then standards.

If I'm not mistaken Fbto bought a comp as well... however he's a bit more realistic about it. It is a bling difference and that's TOTALLY FINE!! Sh** looks badass.

Not getting into a pissing contest. Both awesome bikes. Just stating the facts as I see them.

No I had both on order, and finally drop the hammer on the STD.

Not denying the beauty of the comp. but I have better use of that $4k. Just a personal preference.

Maybe the signals look the same but have an LED bulb. Will let you know tomorrow after I pick mine up.
