I called dealer Friday,said waiting for it to arrive in warehouse, when that happens its 4 days to dealership.

I'm at home going through this box of parts that just came from Alpha Racing.
Is it bad to have $2000 in parts for a bike you don't have yet?

I really have more like $3000 but I didn't want to add it all up for fear of knowing what I have spent on this thing.

My HP4 Comp is coming into Asheville NC.
I'm getting their first HP4 which they said last week should be to them no later than Dec 1.

So my car and trailer are ready for a road trip when I get the word!

Good thing I'm getting one of the first ones. Any longer and ill need anxiety meds!

I'm in Florida also. Why did you get your bike for NC? Was Florida did sold out when you ordered it? Maybe we can get together when are bikes come in. Hope mine gets here soon.

I'm in Nor Cal and I have the first standard coming in. I had a choice for the comp, but opted for the standard. With the money saved, I'm going for the Austin Racing iconel full system and a few of Austin Racings carbon pieces. I'm also doing brembo levers.

I spoke to the dealer last week, and they said they haven't seen anything confirmed for actual date :banghead: so I'm dying slowly.

No worries, I too have $1500 worth if parts waiting and thats not including anything stated above. Just sliders, spools n spindles, fender eliminator, oil and radiator guards, hid kit, and a whole lotta other ****....smh!

Why did I order from NC?
I was up at Deals Gap this fall and made a ride over to Asheville one day.
Went into Eurosport Asheville BMW dealer-

The were all really cool and took the time to show me the S1000rr and then mentioned the HP4. We BSd for at least an hour.
As new news was coming out about the HP4 they kept me in the loop.
So in my book- it was about the people- They got my business.

Besides- I love riding up in the mountains and I figured if it wasn't too cold maybe I could squeeze in a day or 2 of riding some corners before coming back to Florida. Try out those heated grips.. LOL

MARGATE FL- that is around Ft Lauderdale right? I'm about 2.5 hrs up the coast in Melbourne.
When I get the HP4 I'll IM you- Would be great if we could meet up one day/night for a ride!!

Ordered a Standard, it will be my daily ride, so didn't see the point in spending the extra 5 grand to pretty it up.
I'll be swapping my AC Schnitzer bars, RG Racing pegs and the power shifter over to it from my 2010 when it arrives. (late Feb)
