186 ain't bad at all, by the way that was an SAE corrected dyno not STD. Here's three other S1000RR tuning runs on the same dyno you went to:
196 = stock motor, full Akra long can, race gas
208 = slightly built motor - Sunoco fuel (worse than pump gas)
218.5 = race fuel.
